FOR THE PURPOSE OF TRANSACTING THE FOLLOWING BUSINESS

Public Discussion (not part of the meeting). No motions may be proposed nor decisions taken, but matters raised by the public may be placed on the agenda for the next meeting.
• Apologies for absence/present: (To receive any apologies for absence and record attendance).
• Declarations of Interest either personal or prejudicial under the Code of Conduct for the meeting, plus alterations to the register. A councillor who declares a prejudicial interest may speak but must withdraw from the room unless a dispensation has been obtained from Medway Councils Standards Committee before the vote is taken. (See Code of Conduct 12.2).

• Planning Applications registered for decisions by the Parish Council, and decision reports from Medway Council received - Appendix A, Attached.

• Monthly Accounts for payment, Standing Orders, and Bank Balances as listed on Appendix C.
• Representatives reports on outside bodies and information/training days - Rural Liaison, KALC, and Police Liaison.
• Play Parks Works & Contracts. This report provides an update on the condition of the parks.
• Web Site/IT stokeparishcouncil.org.uk. This report provides an update on the operation.
• Highways & Transportation including footpaths, lighting, and pot holes, road & verge condition.
• Car Park Works/Wall Damage Update.
• Newsletter, content review and suggested items for the next edition.
• Budget/Precept Setting for 2009/10.
• Proposed new Tree. Upper Stoke.
• Adoption of the new Freedom of Information Act Publication Scheme. (Copy Enclosed).
• Clerks Report.
• Items Delegated to the clerk for action (Standing Order No 30)
• Any Other Business at the chairman's discretion. No motions may be proposed nor decisions taken under this item but if members wish they may be agendered at the next meeting.
